Being a relate counsellor is an incredibly interesting and rewarding job. There are currently around 2000 counsellors working for Relate and there are many opportunities for growth, development and specialising. Our couple counselling training takes two years and combines theoretical study with supervised clinical practice.
Relate also offers further professional development in the form of a post graduate certificate and a masters degree course, accredited by the University of East London.
