About Us
|
Relate is all about relationships, all kinds of relationships. Whether you are having problems with your partner, your kids, your siblings or even your boss - Relate can help. We know relationships aren't easy. They are subject to all the stresses and strains of daily life. And they can be really hard work too. It is not easy to find the time and energy to face up to problems or difficulties, but it's not impossible. We believe that with the right skills you can make your relationships work and carry on making them better.
Perhaps you find that you and your partner keep having the same old arguments. We can show you how to break the cycle. Does talking to your teenager feel like talking to a brick wall? We can help you have a two way conversation. Maybe you would like to be able to be more assertive at work. We can help to give you the confidence you need
to start standing up for your self.
Relationships are special - Relate can help you keep them that way.
