Here and Now is a one-off session that focuses on the 'here and now' of your situation. It is designed to help you manage difficult situations and hot spots while waiting for on-going counselling.
Here and Now is different to ongoing counselling in that it does not explore how the situation arose, or what needs to happen to prevent it happening again. The counsellor will simply work with you concentrating on what you need right now to get through this difficult time. You can come on your own, with a partner or with members of your family.
We will offer you a session with a counsellor within 7 days of your request and sometimes sooner. There is a one-off cost of £60 for this service.
