Bespoke Training
We have a proven track record of working with a wide range of corporate and voluntary sector organisations such as Lloyds TSB and Surestart to design purpose built solutions on relationship and support issues.
How does it work?
Through discussion with you, we will identify your general training needs, following which a member of our Relate Training team will explore your training needs in more detail to ascertain the learning objectives. Once you approve the Training Needs Analysis we will design the programme. Depending on its complexity, we usually require 3 days design time per one day of delivery. Design methods are rigorous and undertaken in full consultation with you.
Delivery
All our training is delivered by Relate trainers who hold a relationship counselling qualification as well as a recognised training qualification. Our trainers have also had specific Relate training for working with groups on relationship issues. Groups are normally up to 16 people.
Evaluation
We evaluate all our courses at satisfaction level and are happy to discuss further evaluation stages during the design stage of the process.
