1 Hour Discussions
New, one hour, one off discussions are available to provide you with
an opportunity to discuss with a counsellor areas of concern and enjoyment within your relationships. The aim is to provide you with the tools to help improve your relationships.
There are currently three types of 1 hour discussions available:
'Here and Now' is a one-off session that focuses on the 'here and now' of your situation. It is designed to help you manage difficult situations and hot spots and can help in the interim if you are waiting for on-going counselling.
‘Sunnier Times’ helps you to recover happier times in a relationship and build on relationship strengths.

‘Loving Times’ aims to help you with your sex life.
We will aim to offer you a session with a counsellor within 7 days of your request and sometimes sooner. There is a one-off cost starting from £45 for this service.
